Ingredients

- kg beetroot, peeled and chopped
- 4 apples, peeled and chopped
- 2 oranges, peeled and chopped
- 1 grapefruit, peeled and chopped
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon grated lemon rind
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 cups white vinegar
- 1 small red chilli chopped
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 teaspoon coriander
Method
Place
all ingredients in a large saucepan and bring to the boil. Cook for an hour
and pour into sterilised jars and seal.
