Ingredients
- 500g
- jam
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 onion, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
Method
Boil
all ingredients for 15 minutes. Pour into jars and seal.
Tip. If you have added too much salt to a dish simply put in a peeled
potato, kumara or carrot and then remove before serving.
