Ingredients

- kg ripe plums
- 500g apples, peeled and cored
- 750g brown sugar
- 750g sultanas
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 15g red chilli
- 15g ground ginger
Method
Place
plums, apples and brown sugar into a saucepan and boil for 15 minutes. Add
remaining ingredients and boil for 3 hours. Strain through a colander before
bottling to remove plum skins and stones. Bottle while hot
