Ingredients
- 1 litre Ocean Spray® Cranberry Classic®
- ¾ cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons gelatine powder
Method
Pour Cranberry Classic® into a saucepan with the sugar and stir over a medium heat until the sugar is dissolved. Slowly bring to the boil and then remove from heat and whisk in gelatine until thoroughly dissolved.
Pour into jelly mould or individual bowls and allow to set in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
