White Chocolate Mousse

  • 4
  • teaspoons gelatine
  • 4 tablespoons hot water
  • 200g white chocolate
  • 3-4 tablespoons liqueur
  • 1 tin condensed milk
  • 2 cups cream, whipped


gelatine in water and set aside to cool.
Melt white chocolate and add liqueur, condensed milk and dissolved gelatine.
Fold in whipped cream and refrigerate set.
-Can be made in individual pots and turned out.
