Hersheys Shortbread Slice

Ingredients

  • 250g butter
  • 1 cup caster sugar
  • 2 cups plain flour
  • 1 cup cornflour
  • 1 cup Hersheys semi sweet chocolate chips

Method

Preheat
oven to 160 C Beat together butter and sugar until pale and creamy. Add
sifted flours and mix well. Press into a lined slice tin and sprinkle with
chocolate chips. Gently press chocolate into base. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
Cut into squares while still warm.
