Ingredients
- 1 cup coconut milk
- pinch of chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 3/4 cup crunchy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime or lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
Method
Whisk all ingredients together in a small saucepan and bring to the boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring continuously.
