Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup rice bubbles
- 4 weetbix, crushed
- 1 cup coconut
- 1 cup mixed dried fruit
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 125g butter
Method
Mix
oats, rice bubbles, weetbix, coconut and dried fruit together in a bowl.
In a saucepan mix remaining ingredients and slowly bring to the boil, stirring
continuously. Simmer for 7 minutes. Pour honey mixture over dry ingredients
and mix well. Press in a lined sponge roll tin and sprinkle with chocolate
chips if desired. Leave to set and then cut into bars.
