Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups rice bubbles
- 1/2 cup hundreds and thousands
- 1 1/2 cups marshmallows
- 60g butter
- Peppermint essence
Method
Line a slice tin with baking paper. Pour rice bubbles and hundreds and thousands into a bowl. Melt marshmallows and butter together and add a dash of peppermint essence, add to the rice bubbles and mix to combine. Press into tin and refrigerate, slice when set.
