Ingredients
- 3 cups rolled oats
- 1 1/2 cups bran
- 1 cup wheatgerm
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup instant skim milk powder
- 3-4 tablespoons unsalted powdered yeast
- 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 3/4 cup peanuts
- 3/4 cup chopped dried apricots
- 3/4 cup sultanas
- 3/4 cup prunes, chopped
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup oil
Method
Preheat
oven to 170 C. Combine all ingredients except oil and honey in a large bowl.Heat
oil and honey in a small saucepan and pour over the dry ingredients. Stir
to combine. Toast a third of the mixture at a time in a roasting dish for
around 7 minutes.
