Method
Place
wiped plums in a saucepan with a small amount of water and bring to the
boil, simmer until plums are tender. Rub plum pulp through a sieve. Measure
pulp and weigh 2 ½ cups honey for every litre of pulp. Bring pulp to the
boil and add honey, cook gently until thick. Pour into sterilised jars and
seal.
