Ingredients
- 1.5 kg plums
- 1 punnet strawberries
- 1.5 kg sugar
Method
Halve plums and remove stones, hull strawberries.
Place fruit in a large saucepan and bring quickly to the boil, boil for 5 minutes. Add sugar and return to the boil for around 10 minutes or until jam is at setting stage.
Pour into sterilised jars and seal.
