Ingredients
- 400g pack flaky pastry
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3/4 cup cooked rice
- salt and pepper
- 500g sausagemeat (approximately, – one tube's about 454 g)
- 1 apple, peeled and grated
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 egg
Method
Preheat oven to 180 C
Roll out pastry and mix remaining ingredients together. cover half of pastry with the mixture. Fold pastry over and place on an oven tray. Cook for 40 minutes.
