Ingredients
- 125 g butter
- 125 g sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon cocoa
- 1 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup sultanas
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
Method
Preheat oven to 170 C.
Place butter, sugar, milk and cocoa in a saucepan, stir over a gentle heat until sugar is dissolved.
Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients.
Put into greased 18cm x 18cm pan and cook for 30 - 40 minutes.
Ice when cool.
