These bars are super delicious and a very much like a reduced sugar version of the popular Bounty bar.
Coat them with cacao if you prefer but we like a dark chocolate coating.
Yield: Makes 20
Ingredients
- 3 cups desiccated coconut
- 3/4 cup coconut cream
- 1/4 cup plus 1 tablespoon melted coconut oil
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- generous pinch sea salt
- 200g dark chocolate
Method
Combine the coconut, coconut cream, coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla extract and salt together in a bowl.
Shape the mixture into small oblong shaped logs.
Place on a paper or foil lined tray and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Gently melt the dark chocolate in a bowl over a saucepan of simmering water or in the microwave on reduced heat.
Dip each bar in chocolate to coat and then return to the tray.
Allow to set at room temperature.
What I don't get, isn't there a piece (pieces) of hardware that can do gmail locally? Thats seems to be the big stopping point for many companies switching to gmail, they don't want their internal mails stored off premise.
