Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 150ml milk
- pinch salt
- 25g butter
Method
Separate the eggs and whisk the whites until soft peaks form.
Sift the flour, baking powder and salt into a bowl and make a well in the centre.
Lightly whisk the egg yolks with the milk and pour into the dry ingredients.
Mx to combine.
Fold the egg whites into the batter.
Melt a knob of butter in a large frying pan over a medium heat.
Drop 1/4 cup measures of batter into the pan and cook until bubbles appear on the surface and pop. Flip and cook the other side.
Serve pancakes with fruit, maple syrup, cream or yoghurt.
Shit receipe. Total opposite to fluffy. Too many eggs.
