Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled and halved
  • 1 cup kiwifruit, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup rock melon, peeled and chucked
  • 1 cup seedless green grapes
  • 1/4 cup runny honey
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1/4 cup shredded fresh mint

Method

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and chill for 2 hours.
