Date Odd Balls

 

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 75 g butter
  • 1 cup chopped dates
  • 2 cups rice bubbles
  • coconut

Method

Slowly heat sugar and butter in a sacuepan.
Add dates, stir and mash (with a potato masher) until soft and pulpy
Remove from the heat and add rice bubbles.
Roll into balls and dip into coconut.
Chill until firm
