- 1/2 cup sugar
- 75 g butter
- 1 cup chopped dates
- 2 cups rice bubbles
Slowly heat sugar and butter in a sacuepan.
Add dates, stir and mash (with a potato mash) till soft and pulpy
Remove from the heat and add rice bubbles.
Roll into balls and dip into coconut.
Chill until firm
