- 425g cooked & sliced pears
- 1/4 cup pear juice
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup coconut
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 4 tablespoons butter
Place pears in lightly greased oven dish. Pour over pear juice.
Mix together rolled oats, flour, coconut, brown sugar and ginger. Melt the butter and mix into dry ingredients.
Sprinkle the topping mixture over pears. Bake for 25-30 minutes until topping is golden and crunchy.
