- 150g packet candy canes
- 375g white chocolate melts (or white chocolate)
- 375 dark chocolate melts or dark chocolate
Wrap candy canes in a tea towel or a thick brown paper bag and hit with a rolling pin until smashed into small pieces.
Gently melt white and dark chocolate in separate bowls either in the microwave or over a pan of simmering water.
Pour chocolate onto two foil lined boards and spread with a spatula until you get an even thin layer of chocolate. Sprinkle over candy cane.
When set, break into rough pieces.
Store in an airtight container.
