serves 4


  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 400 g can tomato puree
  • 600 g diced pork
  • 4 tablespoons of soya sauce
  • 3 teaspoons sambal oelek
  • 1 teaspoon crushed garlic
  • 820 g can peaches


Heat oil in a pan and cook onion until tender add pork to the pan and cook until golden and tender. Put tomato puree, soya sauce, sambal oelek, garlic, onion and diced pork all together in one saucepan. Heat pan at low heat. Separate peaches from juice. Slice peaches into small pieces and add to saucepan. Add sufficient peach juices until dish is a bit diluted but not too much because that will make it too runny.
Serve with rice.
Nice with cucumber as a side dish or green salad.
