Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons crushed garlic (or to taste)
- 1 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup dark soya sauce
- Drain the juices from a 500-600gm can pineapple pieces.
Method
Mix
all ingredients in a glass or ceramic bowl. Add meat of choice, pork goes
exceptionally well and marinate for a few hours.
