Ingredients
- 2 large handfuls flat leafed parsley
- 4 garlic cloves
- 100 ml extra virgin olive oil
- Juice of 1/2 of a lemon
Method
Blend together and use as a marinade for fish meat or poultry, or as a brush over cooked meat, perfect to brush over barbequed steak. Will keep for 2-3 days in the fridge. Butter may be used instead of the olive to make beurre matre d
