Ingredients
- 1.5 litres cranberry juice, chilled
- 3 cups apple juice, chilled
- 3/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 1/2 cups orange juice
- 3 litres ginger ale, chilled
Method
Combine all the juices in a punch bowl. Just before serving, pour in the ginger ale. Garnish with an ice or fruit cubes. Serves about 25.

Must say that Santa’s Punch is absolutely delicious, and not sweet as so many fruit based punches tend to be. I used “diet” dry ginger ale, and all our guests wanted the recipe. Our guests were Bed and Breakfast operators, and I am sure this recipe will go far and wide.
