Can be frozen prior to cooking
Ingredients
- 500g sausage meat
- 2 teaspoons mango chutney
- 2 teaspoons curry powder
- 1 green apple, grated
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 375 g packet puff pastry
- 1 egg white

Method
Preheat oven to 180 C
Combine mince, chutney, curry powder, apple and onion in a bowl. Roll out half the pastry. Spread half of meat mixture on pastry and roll up like a swiss roll. Brush with egg white.
Cut roll into think slices. Repeat with remaining pastry and mixture.
Place on cool oven tray and bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
