- 400g pasta shells
- 4 eggs
- 425g tuna chunks in oil
- 2 spring onions chopped
- Best foods mayonnaise
Cook pasta in rapidly boiling salted water for 10-12 minutes or until cooked.
Cook eggs in simmering water for 8 minutes, drain and run under cold water for a minute.
Drain pasta and place in a large salad bowl. Drain oil off tuna and add along with the spring onions to the pasta. Add enough mayonnaise to coat and mix through, breaking up any large chunks of tuna.
Chop eggs into quarters and gently mix through pasta.
