Ingredients
- 500g mince
- ¾ cup flour
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
- fresh herbs of choice
- 1 onion grated
- 1 cup water
- 1 potato, grated
Method
Mix
all ingredients together, shape into flat rounds and grill.

My mother made these hamburgers when I was a child, she also added an egg instead of flour. She told us that the potato helped it go further, made it juicier. That was the only recipe I knew for many years and those were the best hamburgers I ever ate.
