- 500g sausage meat
- 2 potatoes, grated
- 1 onion, chopped
- ½ cup wholemeal flour
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, bean, corn)
- 2 rashers bacon, chopped
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon tomato sauce
- 2 tablespoons chutney
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh parsley
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
oven to 180 C Mix all ingredients together and press into a ring tin. Bake
for 1 hour.
