As an alternative spread cooked mince over the base of the dish or for a vegetarian option canned refried beans. Simply top with cornchips, salsa and cheese and serve with dollops of sour cream and guacomole.
Ingredients
- 1 large packet tortilla chips
- 3/4 cup salsa
- 1 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese
Method
Preheat oven to 200 C
Arrange chips over the base of a baking dish and spread salsa over. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake for 5-10 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbling.
