Ingredients
- 30g butter
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 cup milk
- 500g flour
- 3-4 potatoes, mashed
Method
Preheat oven to 200 C Mix together butter and sugar until pale and creamy add egg and beat well. Add milk, flour and potatoes and mix to form a stiff dough. Roll out and cut into shapes, place on a baking tray and bake for 20 minutes
