Ingredients
- 2 – 3 ripe avocados, peeled and mashed
- 1 medium tomato, seeded and diced
- 1/2 small onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 small chilli, finely chopped
- chopped coriander
- Juice of 1 lime
- Salt to taste
Method
Combine
all ingredients and mix well. Place in a serving bowl and cover tightly
if not serving immediately. Serve with corn chips or pretzels for dipping.
