  • 2 – 3 ripe avocados, peeled and mashed
  • 1 medium tomato, seeded and diced
  • 1/2 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 small chilli, finely chopped
  • chopped coriander
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Salt to taste


all ingredients and mix well. Place in a serving bowl and cover tightly
if not serving immediately. Serve with corn chips or pretzels for dipping.
