- cup pineapple
- 1 cup mixed fruit
- 3 tablespoons golden syrup
- 1 cup wholemeal breadcrumbs
- 25g butter
- 1 tablespoon golden syrup
- 1 tablespoon sherry
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 egg
Method
Mix
all ingredients together and place in pudding bowls. Microwave on high for
5 minutes and 30 seconds on med-high. This suits an 850 watt microwave
