Doesn't sound very flash but tastes DIVINE and is addictive…won'lt last long in fridge !
Ingredients
- 100g fried noodle
- 1/2 a green cabbage ( can use chinese cabbage )
- 4 chopped spring onions
- 100g roasted slivered almonds
- Dressing
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup white vinegar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
Method
Shred cabbage finely. Shake dressing ingreds. together. Combine everything in salad bowl and leave a couple of hours before serving to allow dressing to penetrate noodles.
