Truffle Salad Dressing

This dressing is ideal mixed through a potato or rice salad or simply drizzled over green salad.

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup prepared mayonnaise
• 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
• 1/2 cup Lupi Truffle infused oil
• 2 teaspoons sugar
• 2 teaspoons horse radish sauce
• 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
• 1 teaspoon salt

Method

Combine the ingredients in a screw top jar and shake well.
