Preserved Beans

  • 1.2 litres water
  • 1 tablespoon plain salt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar


Place all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to the boil, boil furiously for a few minutes. Drop in beans and boil for 10 minutes and then bottle
