I have also used other fruits and changed the jelly to match.
Ingredients
- 1 strawberry jelly
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 can evaporated milk (well chilled)
- 2 cups chopped strawberries.
- extra strawberries and whipped cream for decorating
Method
Make jelly with boiling water. Allow to cool.
Add evaporated milk and beat with electric mixer until thick.
Pour into a bowl and stir in chopped strawberries.
Place in fridge to set.
Decorate with extra strawberries and cream if desired.
