Ingredients
- 900gms tamarillos peeled and sliced
- 3 bananas
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 tablespoons custard power
- 250 grm flaky pastry
- milk and sugar to glaze.
Method
Preheat
oven to 180 C. Lightly stew fruit, add sugar and custard powder. Line pie
dish with pastry, add stewed fruit. Cover with pastry, and brush with milk
and sprinkle the sugar over. Bake for 20 minutes
