100g butter
125g malt biscuit crumbs
1 ½ cups dark chocolate chips
1 cup shredded coconut
1 cup chopped nuts
1 can (395g) sweetened condensed milk
Method
Preheat oven to 180 C.
Melt butter and pour onto base of slice pan, swirl around to coat base.
Sprinkle crushed biscuits evenly over the butter and then chocolate chips.
Next add a layer of shredded coconut and then top with chopped nuts.
Pour over sweetened condensed milk and bake for 25 minutes utnil golden.
Cool and cut into slices.
Love the recipes, really lovely. Am going to try the ‘All saints Slice.’ is there no picture to go with the recipe, or am I not dpoing things properly…
