Ingredients
- 1 cup and 1 tablespon water
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 3 teaspoons yeast
- 3 cups flour
Method
Place all ingredients in the bowl of a breadmaker and push the dough setting. Remove and shape into rolls. Brush with water and bake at 190 C for 20 minutes.

30 g dripping(to replace softener)
3tsp yeast (in small jug 150ms water)(rest of water in bit at time)
850m to 900m
let yeast rest for 10 mins for to froth up
2 drops of white vinegar
yeald 1.4 to 1.6 kg
split into 700.2 to 800g (should get 3 piles of Dow)
mound in to roll( ether leave one peace or 4 peace it)

prove for 2 to 4 hours (if you have a concrete desk it will rise in about 1.45 cover with a wet t towel) mins bake for 18 to 25 mins at 190 to 220 c
I made this recipe this morning, and inadvertently added a tablespoon of milk powder before I realised it was not in the ingredients list! I also added 2 extra tablespoons of tepid water and in place of oil I used lethicin granules (3 tablespoons). The loaf was very successful.
