Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon mustard powder
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1/2 – 3/4 cup olive oil
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon celery seed
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
Method
Beat egg, vinegar, mustard powder and garlic with electric beater or in a blender. Gradually pour in olive oil until you get to the desired consistency. Stir through lemon juice, celery seeds and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
Store covered in the fridge.
