Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup cornflour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 dessertspoon butter
- 3 tabs milk
Method
Beat eggs until pale and creamy add sugar and beat well. Sift in dry ingredients and mix lightly. Heat together milk and butteruntil butter is melted and fold into cake mixture. Pour into a prepared 20cm round tin.
Bake at 180 C for 20 minutes
