Ingredients
- 3/4 cup apricot jam
- 2 tablespoons brandy
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 cups nuts, blanched
- 50g cherries
Method
Heat together, jam, brandy, water and lemon juice. Brush over cake and then arrange nuts and cherries on cake. Brush again with syrup
