Ingredients
- 1 cup sago
- 3 tablespoons golden syrup
- 1 small cup sugar
- juice of 2 lemons.
Method
Boil sago in a saucepan with 5 cups of water until sago is clear. Remove from heat and stir through golden syrup, sugar and lemon juice.
Mix well and pour into a serving bowl. Refrigerate until required.
