Note: This can be done successfully in a crockpot also.

Ingredients
- 2 x 500 g tubes sausagemeat
- 3/4 cup fresh breadcrumbs
- 1/2 pkt Maggi onion soup
- Sauce:
- 1 400 g tin tomato soup
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- cornflour to thicken
Method
Prheat oven to 180 C.
Mix together the breadcrumbs and dried onion soup.
Form sausagemeat into meatballs and roll in the breadcrumb mix.
Heat a little oil in a frypan and brown meatballs all over then place in a large ovenproof dish.
Mix all the sauce ingredients together and cook in microwave until thickened.
Pour sauce over meatballs and bake for 20 minutes.
Serve with rice or mashed potatoe.
