- 125g butter
- 1/2 cup caster sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 1 egg
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 70g chopped nuts
- 2 x 150g pkt Hershey\'s Milk Chocolate Kisses, wrappers removed
oven to 180 C Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the vanilla
and egg and mix well. Fold in the flour and baking powder to form a stiff
dough. Roll into walnut sized balls and roll each ball in chopped nuts.
Placed on a greased baking tray and press down centre of each with your
thumb. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Remove from oven and place a kiss in thumbprint,
return to the oven for 15 seconds and then remove and cool on a wire rack.
