Ingredients
- 1 cup self raising flour
- 1 cup bran
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 heaped teaspoons ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 tablespoon grated lemon rind
- 1 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon golden syrup
- 1 tablespoon molassas
Method
Preheat oven to 190 C
mix all dry ingredients together
and add combined wet ingredients.
The mixture will be very wet.
3/4 fill muffin tins and bake for 20 minutes.
