Lemon, Honey and Rosemary Chicken

serves 4


  • 4 chicken pieces or breasts (skin removed)
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup runny honey
  • 1 tablespoon rosemary leaves (or more if desired)
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • salt & pepper


Preheat oven to 180 C.
Place chicken in a baking dish & pour over rest of ingredients & cover & put into fridge for at least 3-4 hours, turning half way.
Cook for 20-30 minutes or until cooked can be cooked on a BBQ as well.
Serve with couscous, rice or noodles and salad.
