Ingredients
- 4 chicken pieces or breasts (skin removed)
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup runny honey
- 1 tablespoon rosemary leaves (or more if desired)
- 3 tablespoons oil
- salt & pepper
Method
Preheat oven to 180 C.
Place chicken in a baking dish & pour over rest of ingredients & cover & put into fridge for at least 3-4 hours, turning half way.
Cook for 20-30 minutes or until cooked can be cooked on a BBQ as well.
Serve with couscous, rice or noodles and salad.
