Ingredients
- 250 g butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 tablespoons cocoa
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups self rising flour
- 1 cup milk
Method
Melt butter and sugar together for 2 minutes. Mix in cocoa and eggs, mix well. Add flour and then milk. Pour into a 2 litre ring pan. Place on a rack in microwave and cook on medium-high for 8 minutes 45 seconds. Then on high for 5 minutes.
Allow to cool and then turn out from pan, ice and serve.
