Mums Fudge Cake – Tammy

Ingredients

  • 100g butter
  • 200g (1/2 can) sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 packet plain biscuits (eg wine biscuits), crushed

 

Method

Melt together the butter, condensed milk and cocoa.
Stir in the crushed biscuits and
press into 18x20cm slice pan. Chill until firm and ice with chocolate icing
