Ingredients
- 500 g peeled, cooked and diced potatoes
- 2 onions sliced
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1/2 teaspoon brown mustard seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
- 1/2 teaspoon chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
Method
Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the mustard seeds until they pop. Add the onions and fry until golden. Stir in the turmeric and chilli powder then add the potatoes and salt. Serve hot or cold
